Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the item is defective or does not comply with consumer protection laws in the United States.
All sales are final for any items purchased using discount codes, promotional offers, or during sales events. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, even for a different size or color.
If you received a defective item or there is a shipping error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@abelpirela.com , including your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly review your case and, if applicable, provide a replacement or solution.
To maintain the health and hygiene standards required by U.S. regulations, all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. However, we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
